Are you currently studying towards your MPharm degree and looking to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting?

This role is ideal for an MPharm student who is eager to develop practical skills, apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment, and build a strong foundation for a future career as a pharmacist.

 

Main Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, you will:

  • Support the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
  • Assist in the preparation and labelling of medications
  • Provide excellent customer service and advice under supervision
  • Handle over-the-counter sales and respond to customer queries
  • Maintain accurate records and stock levels
  • Help ensure the pharmacy operates in line with all regulatory and safety standards

You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service and ensuring every customer feels supported and cared for.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MPharm student who:

  • Has a genuine interest in community pharmacy and patient care
  • Is friendly, approachable, and highly organised
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Can work effectively as part of a team

Previous pharmacy experience is welcome but not essential. Full training will be provided.
